Before We Get Started…

Conclave is coming up in just a few days, and we could not be more excited to be able to do it this year! That being said, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there are a few changes to this year’s Conclave that you should be aware of.

All participants and staff, upon arrival at camp, will receive temperature checks and a health screening. All staff and participants must also turn in parts A and B of the BSA medical form and COVID-19 health check form. The COVID-19 form also includes spaces to detail how you will get to and leave camp. Youth will need to list their parent-approved driver, and drivers will need to confirm their identity before we release any youth at the end of Conclave. Both forms can be found linked below for your convenience.

During Conclave, masks will be required indoors at all times regardless of vaccination status, in accordance with the state mandate. Masks will be required outdoors for those not fully vaccinated when physical distancing can not be maintained. Make sure to bring multiple masks, so you always have a clean mask with you. Our full list of COVID-19 protocols can be found below.
